GOLF CART MAKER · UPDATED 9 SEPTEMBER 2026
Seat count is only half the question.
Two four-seat carts can offer different passenger experiences. Our 2+2 configuration has a forward-facing front pair and a rear-facing pair. The all-forward four-seat configuration has two forward-facing rows. A six-seat 4+2 configuration adds a rear-facing pair behind two forward-facing rows.
When you request a quote, specify both the passenger count and the direction of every row. A six-seat 4+2 cart must not be described as a six-seat all-forward vehicle. Ask for clear side and rear photos as well as the front view.
Compare dimensions against your actual route.
Our listed reference lengths are 2,900 mm for the four-seat 2+2, 3,300 mm for the four-seat all-forward and 3,700 mm for the six-seat 4+2. Each listed build is 1,350 mm wide and 2,000 mm high. These figures describe the documented reference build and should be checked against the final equipment.
Measure gateways, storage bays and charging spaces. Ask for turning dimensions if your route has narrow corners: overall length alone does not establish turning clearance. The listed wheelbases are 1,720 mm for the 2+2 and 2,400 mm for the other two configurations.
Plan passengers, luggage and operating conditions together.
Passenger capacity is not a luggage allowance or a maximum-load rating. Describe the typical passenger group, any bags or equipment, route gradients and stopping pattern. Have the supplier confirm the appropriate load rating and configuration before ordering.
Do not select solely on a headline range or speed figure. Battery type and capacity, passenger load, terrain and operating conditions need to be included in a range discussion. Require the applicable measurement conditions rather than assuming every vehicle will reproduce a catalogue figure.
Put the answer into a clear inquiry.
A useful brief might read: “We are comparing four all-forward seats with six seats in a 4+2 layout for a managed private property. Please quote the battery and charger separately, confirm dimensions and load ratings, and identify which pictured accessories are included.”
Then add your destination, approximate quantity and required timeline. That gives us a much better starting point than a request for the cheapest cart.
