Start with what is actually included.
The reference configurations on this site list 60 V / 100 Ah and a 3.5 kW AC motor. These are reference specifications; the written quotation defines whether the battery is included and which battery, charger and control components are supplied.
Ask for the battery chemistry, manufacturer, nominal voltage, capacity, warranty conditions and the compatible charging equipment. Avoid treating an optional battery configuration as a fitted standard package.
Describe your route and charging schedule.
Tell us the approximate daily travel, typical number of passengers, route gradients, surface conditions and time available for charging. Include any important space or supply limitations at the charging location.
Range and charge time should be discussed for the final battery and operating conditions. A general catalogue number is not a guarantee for a loaded vehicle on your route. Request the conditions behind the proposed figures.
Check destination compatibility before shipment.
Specify the local supply voltage, frequency and plug requirement. Confirm the supplied charger is compatible with the selected battery and the destination electrical supply. Charging equipment must follow its manufacturer instructions; do not substitute it based on connector appearance alone.
Ask which battery and transport documents apply to the exact shipment. Those documents and the commercial terms should be checked with the supplier and the responsible logistics parties before dispatch.
Keep technical service model-specific.
A manual that covers several models may show components that are not installed on your vehicle. For servicing, identify the actual controller, battery, charger and build, then request the corresponding documentation.
